Senior Consultant Joins EnvisionCAD

Rhonda Laughlin has over 30 years of experience with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Her vast background in all aspects of leading, implementing and overseeing CADD operations allows her the expertise to assist with a wide range of CAD management, implementation, support and operation services.

Rhonda started her career overseeing construction inspection for the Bureau of Construction for the Illinois Department of Transportation. Her responsibilities quickly grew to include the drafting of highway and structural design drawings for bridge plans and becoming a lead CADD operator.

As Rhonda’s expansive career with the Transportation Department progressed she took on the responsibility of maintaining the integrity of the CADD system data, coordinated technology implementation and was responsible for the support of the engineering applications and systems including ProjectWise software.

Rhonda’s expertise in CADD is accompanied by knowledge and proficiency of MicroStation, GEOPAK, ProjectWise and ArcGIS Desktop.

Operations Manager Joins EnvisionCAD

As Operations Manager, Jessica Scheidler is in charge of making sure everything that happens behind the scenes at EnvisionCAD runs smoothly and efficiently.

Jessica comes to EnvisionCAD from Filene Research Institute in Madison, WI. As membership and development manager, she secured donations to ensure cooperative finance institutions maximized the nonprofit’s research, innovation, and impact programs. Prior to that, she managed a comprehensive stewardship and recognition program, and oversaw grants and fundraising events as part of Overture Center for the Arts’ development team. Jessica has also been the Assistant Director of the Wausau Center for the Visual Arts and Coordinator for the Wausau Festival of Arts.

When Jessica’s not working, she’s spending time with her husband and son, enjoys good eats, art, decorating and anything outdoors.
