rUnits for Enterprise-wide Training Solution

For most corporate and agency clients we recommend the Viewing Time Model (rUnits), as it provides more flexibility and is more scalable. The client identifies and purchases a number of rUnits, at a price per hour, for its staff to use on any stock including Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Microsoft, Adobe, Google and more. The client has the ability to add additional stock and/or custom content at any time, any number of staff members can draw from the pool of rUnits, and additional rUnits can be purchased whenever needed. Under our default terms, a Platform Viewing Hour is valid for one year. Volume discounts are available.

How the process works

1. We will setup up all the user accounts and the rUnit pool of time for you.
2. Each user will have their own user login account that can be tracked and reported on.
3. As a company you decide what video training titles you would like to have access to.
4. We will put those titles into the users digital  library.
5. Users then can start viewing the video training titles.
6. Certain titles have certification exams for the users to take.
